AIWF RESERVE & NEW RELEASE TASTING SILENT AUCTION Client: American Institute of Wine & Food Website: http://www.worldofwineevents.com Client Website: http://www.aiwf.org Behind The Scenes Photos Tour Fast Forward Event Productions: Turnkey event management and auction production Over 200 lots filled with luxury products, vacations and large format wines go on display and up for bid during the American Institute of Wine & Food Silent Auction held annually in San Diego. Fast Forward Event Productions manages all aspects of the auction from acquisition and solicitation of the auction lots, to onsite management and logistics resulting in over $100,000 raised for the organizations scholarship fund. The AIWF is a non-profit educational organization founded on the premise that gastronomy is essential to the quality of human existence. The AIWF is dedicated to promoting health and well being through the enjoyment of good food and drink and the fellowship that comes from dining together around the table. The AIWF was founded as a 501(c)(3) educational organization and was established in 1981 by Robert Mondavi, the late Julia Child and others to promote a forum for the study and enjoyment of gastronomy. The San Diego Chapter of The American Institute of Wine & Food will award scholarships for the pursuit of culinary arts and enology/viticulture in full time or continuing education programs from funds raised during its Silent Auction. To date, over $120,000 has been awarded to AIWF who in turn fund deserving students from proceeds raised at auctions managed by Fast Forward Event Productions.
