Fast Forward Event Productions:

Held at the Macy's School of Cooking and the San Diego Wine & Culinary Center during the week long San Diego Bay Wine & Food Festival, wine and culinary stars strut their stuff in these interactive and engaging winetasting and cooking classes. Cooking classes showcase the talents of nationally recognized celebrity chefs and local restaurant stars, who prepare a series of mouth-watering dishes with instruction and recipes so attendees can make the dishes at home. Winetasting classes feature discussions led by award-winning winemakers, sommeliers and master sommeliers from around the world. All classes are tasting events and include perfectly paired wine samples from wineries featured at the year's San Diego Bay Wine & Food Festival.
