CRA is committed to serving the unique needs of its member restaurants who have raised billions of dollars in tax revenue for the state. Restaurant sales have had an economic impact of more than $90 billion to the California economy, making the foodservice trade one of the most powerful industries in the state. The annual tradeshow for the CRA is the Western Foodservice Expo managed by Reed Exhibitions. In an effort to grow the show and offer its thousands of restaurant industry buyers additional content, Reed Exhibitions retained Fast Forward Event Productions to launch the Los Angeles Wine & Food Festival as a co-located event to the Western Foodservice Expo. With over 60 wineries and gourmet food companies present, the event gave buyers an opportunity to experience domestic and international wines at one of the nations largest restaurant industry gatherings of the year.
